Chris Wheeler:
We worry about the practical aspects of the facility. Eventually we'll
worry about retaining people by making sure that people are properly looked after and
comfortable. The question I have been dealing with is changing a company that was once
centralized into a new organization of separate operating units. The issues around the
headquarters are those of integration, about who has to be in the facility and why. As
far as space goes, it's a matter of function, of who resides in headquarters. The issue
for me becomes corporate knowledge generation, the management of knowledge.
