SPACE Community

The Cogswell Realty Group, a major contributor in the redevelopment of Newark , hosted a career event for the Newark school children. The students were introduced to various occupations by local professionals. The day was filled with excitement as they gathered in the Grand Mezzanine of 744 Broad Street where SPACE is located. This striking venue was originally a banking floor when this building was the most prominent commercial address in the robust downtown Newark. Scott Daniels, Principal and Managing Director of the Newark office, presented boards of projects that represented  architecture in the fields of  telecommunications, financial and advertising  sectors. The kids really got into it and by the end of their intense conversation with Scott, were ready to become architects of the future.
